Our Boat ‘’Blue Escape’’ specially customized for realizing diving activities and courses in upmost comfort. Its accommodation capacity is designed for welcoming 30 guests and make them feel at home. It is a boutique boat designed on the idea that makes your happiness, our priority. Beside enjoying lovely Bodrum sun on our large sun deck, you can have your daily cooked lunch on our comfortable tables. Our buffet will be at your service with a quite variety of drinks and snacks for the whole day.

 Blue Escape can serve 12 divers at the same time. In order to make you comfortable; we donated the boat with diving desks. Our sea level platform is serving divers the easiest way of entering and existing from water. The boat has two toilets; fresh water shower and common areas which are cleaned periodically for ensuring ultimate hygiene standards.

The diversity and large amounts of sponge formations in Bodrum make possible for divers to see the whole range of Mediterranean sea species. In every dive you can bump into an Octopus, stingrays, groupers, large families of barracudas, morays, sea bream, nudibranchs, seahorses, scorpion fish, dentex, leer fish and sponges if you are lucky even dolphins, caretta caretta and seals. Bodrum’s fauna and flora is always surprising for underwater photographers.

Bodrum is the leading actor of underwater documentaries and offers convenience for open water, advanced and beginner divers. Bodrum is also hosting 3 wrecks for wreck divers; very good reef and wall formations and caverns. Because of its archeological history as Halikarnassos; it is possible for you to find some keys to history and see amphoras.

Crystal clear water of Bodrum makes possible visibility to 20-30 meters and poses to underwater videos and photographs. Water temperature is around 16 degrees in winter and rises up to 27 degrees in summer which makes your dives joyfull each season. Big Reef
In 20 minutes with Blue Escape you will reach the most beautiful and amazing diving site in Bodrum. The upper part of the reef starts from 5-6 meters and reaches on the South 32 meters and on the North 36 meters. Big Reef has its oppurtunities inside for open water divers there is one side which you can descend gradually to their depth. For Advanced divers they will feel the flying like taste of drop off straight down to 30 meters. If you are an underwater photographer you are at the right diving era in Bodrum. Beside the Wall itself poses great also it is the home of rich aquatic life includes scorpion fish, octopus, jacks, moray eels, schools of barracuda, huge groupers, huge dentex families, White groupers, wrasse and big reef is all covered with different size and type of sponges.

Small Reef
It is just 200 meters away from Big Reef towards Bodrum destination so you will be at lovely diving site of Bodrum in 15 minutes with Blue Escape. Aquatic life is fascinating. When you start your dive in Small Reef; the first descending point is 5-6 meters. You can recognize this site of Bodrum from its cylinder shape and 3 walls surrounding reaches 28-30 meters. Like its name smaller than Big Reef and has the same beautiful characteristics. One of the most worth diving sites in Bodrum. All three walls are perfect for micro photography with their shapes. On top of the reef, check for scorpion fish, octopus, moray eel.When you go deeper groupers, leerfish, schools of barracuda, dentex, white groupers and many will pose for you. Watch different sponges while diving at small reef. If you are an underwater photographer then Small reef is perfect for you.

Wolf Point
It is the ideal point for beginners, open water and advanced divers. It takes 15 minutes to reach Wolf Point from Bodrum with our lovely boat Blue Escape. It is on the South edge of Görece Island as an extension to peninsula which lays between Bodrum and Bitez. Rock formations start from 3 metres and reaches down to 30 meters hosting the beautiful fauna and flora of Aegean sea. During your dive in Wolf Point you can expect to see octopus, diversity of stone fish, soldier fish, groupers, stingrays, moray eels and starfish; sea cucumbers, sponges and amphora parts. On your way back to boat you can visit the old car wreck at 8-10 meters,which serves as an artificial reef.

Lighthouse
Lighthouse is placed at the northwest corner of Karaada, which takes 20 minutes of journey with Blue Escape. It is a convenient dive spot of Bodrum for beginners, open water and advanced divers. Rock formations start from 5 meters and reaches to 20 meters. The reason to visit Lighthouse is hidden in reaching White corals. You need to pass sea grass, sandy bottom and rocks and then here you are with Whitecorals, the only place you could see them in Bodrum. During your dive check out for octopus; moray eels; groupers, stone fish and parrot fish.

Fridge Bay
Fridge Bay is located next to Light house, the journey will take 20 minutes with Blue Escape. It offers 2 dive directions for divers. The first route has the similiar topography with lighthouse and convenient for beginners and open waters. The second route is advised for advanced divers with a depth of 18 to 30 meters. Blue Escape dive guide will lead you to the spot which is in the middle of the bay and encircled by sea grass. Rock outcrops hosting different fish species. The expected visitors of the dive spot is schools of baracuda, octopus, dentex,cuttle fish and axe fish. Do not forget to look out for amphora parts spreaded around.

Paçoz Bay
The bay is located between Smugglers Bay and Lighthouse. It takes a 30 minutes journey from Bodrum harbour with Blue Escape. Spectacular diving spot in Bodrum for beginners, open waters and advanced divers. An old fishing boat wreck ‘Sultan Wreck’ is also situated in Paçoz Bay. The Wall which is covered with different plants starts at 6-7 meters and reaches to 28-30 meters. While diving through the Wall you could come across stingrays,octopus,all sizes of groupers,lobsters,schools of baracuda and posing different sponges. Diving spot also has 3 small caves however diving to caves only possible according to your scuba diving experience and related certificate level.

Smugglers Bay
The ideal dive point for both beginner, open water and advanced divers. Blue Escape will take you to Smugglers Bay in 30 minutes from Bodrum harbour. The bay takes its historical name as it was the secret place for drug smugglers between Greece and the land, as it is so difficult to see the bay entrance from outside. There are small caverns on the shore. But the surprise of the bay is at the right. There is the enterance of an underwater cavern system reaches into Karaada for 40-50 meters and hidden just below sea level. You could only see the top of enterance on a low tide day. It is not recommended for divers( even for cavern divers) because of its so narrow and labyrinth-shape. If you just want to look at the small enterance point of the cave then you can see sweepers and sponges.  You could enjoy diving two directions of the bay. If you prefer to dive right side then you will come across the great view of amphoras at 26 meters depth and while reaching there expect to see moray eels within rock formations, groupers and even a Gurnard can pop out from the sandy sea bed. If you prefer to dive left side of Smugglers Bay; you can join the feast of dentex,stingray, soldier fish,morays within the different  species of sponges.

Bubble Cave
Bubble cave is located at the back of Karada. It will take a 45 minutes journey with Blue Escape from Bodrum. Bubble cave is a scenic diving spot for open waters and advanced divers. The enterance to Bubble cave is at 12 meters and it is full with tube worms,types of corals, sponges. Check out for lobsters within the cracks. The colours of the cave from yellow to purple needed to be seen. The surprising point about cave is that you could enter the cave and exit from the chimney of the cave. The chimney has a diameter of 1 meter and leads you up to 6 meters. After your exit from the cave, look back for the fascinating view of air bubbles which scuba divers left inside. Prepare your cameras for spectacular view of rising bubbles.

Upper Poyraz
Upper Poyraz is along the most beautiful diving spots in Bodrum. The wind is always dominant here and a little bit challenging for boats. Between Poyraz and Upper Poyraz; there are underwater caves and some divers came across with a Mediterranean Monk Seal. One of these cave is even the home of the monk seal which is in the list of endangered species. The diving spot is recommended only for advanced divers as reefs are opening to open sea. Reef starts at 8-10 meters and follows a slope to 20 meters. If you look for the left of the reef formation then watch out and not drop-off. The bottom starts around 35 meters and goes deeper. Stingray can pop out. Small cavern formations through the Wall is nice to see and also hosts different species from like lobsters, mussels. Sponges are great to see.Sometimes current will be a handicap.

Poyraz Bay
Poyraz Bay takes its name from the Northeast wind and like its name always windy and relaxing on hot summer. The journey to Poyraz Bay is 50 minutes by Blue Escape. It is a convenient dive spot for beginners; open water and advanced divers. The rock formations starts at 5 meters and reaches to 20 meters. During your dive; you will come accross with groupers, moray eels,star fish,octopus, sponges also take your underwater camera for amphoras. If you are an advanced diver then you can follow the right side of the bay with lead of our dive guide. If you prefer to see crater shape rock formations, the reef starts at 16 meters. When you dive through rocks you will see the larger and deeper reef, the aquatic life is not so rich in the diving era. Care about the current on the way back to boat. However you could see an old fishing net streched through the rocks.

Flat Rock
It is a volcanic rock formation at the south of Karaada and 300-400 meters away from Aksona Bay.Volcanic structure makes here desirable to dive. Blue Escape will reach this diving site in 50 minutes.Since current is on the scene we recommend for advanced divers still a nice diving site of Bodrum. The Karaada side of Flat Rock is not good for diving as it is so shallow and covered by sea grass. So you will be diving to southeast and expect to see lobster, moray eel, octopus, grouper, white grouper, dentex, wrasse and barracuda.If you are a lucky diver then you can be surprised by a 3 meters long ray who like to swim with divers.

Aksona Bay
You will reach Aksona Bay at the South edge of Karaada after 50 minutes joyfull trip with Blue Escape from Bodrum. The name of the Bay is coming from the famous sponge hunter ‘’Aksona Mehmet’’in Bodrum. This is a diving site with archeological foundations where you could face with Aegean mystery. It is recommended for advanced divers and to a level of 18 meters for open waters. You will be passing sea grass and rock formations which starts at 3 meters and reaches to 20 meters and after that depth they are turning out to be a Wall formation. Look for the old Phonecian Ship Anchor which is around 13,5 meters and placed on a flat rock in order to be seen easily. While you are diving along the Wall; you could see a complete amphora on sandy sea bed at 30 meters. During you dive you could expect to see groupers, octopus; dentex,gold blutch grouper,baracuda,moray eel and if you are on your lucky day even thornback ray and dogfish. Be aware of the reverse currents.

South Point
It is located at the south end of Karaada and 50 minutes away from Bodrum by Blue Escape. A good diving spot of Bodrum for beginners, open water divers and advanced divers. You will start diving to left on sandy bottom and sea grass and then reach to the wall between 18 and 26 meters.  The wall inhabits big fish and lobsters, octopus. Also nice view of pinas in sea grass. There is a small caves around 26 meters which is guarded by big groupers just glance at for the amphora. Right side of the South point is shallow and convenient for beginners. South Point has also another dive spot called as Sponge Reef. It is only for advanced open water divers with a reef starts from 20 meters and reaches 40 plus meters. You will be amazed by different type of sponges covering the reef and meet with groupers, barracudas, moray eels, dentex, jacks and breams.

Kargı Island
Kargı Island is 500 meters to Akyarlar and 1, 5 hour journey with your diving boat in Bodrum ‘’Blue Escape’’. Kargı Island has a lighthouse on it and lovely with its island characteristics. When you dive in Kargı Island; you will understand that journey-time worths. It is the nearest point to Kos Island of Greece. Bay side of Kargı island is nice for scuba diving. Rock formations start around 20 meters and reach the depth of 36 meters. You could see acheological remains of amphoras between 5 meters and 25 meters. Nice reef dive site of water. Aquatic life is spectacular. Look for pink trumpet sponges. You will expect to see tunas, groupers, dentex, White groupers and many moray eels and schools of barracuda.

Orak Island
If you are a reef diver, underwater photographer or dive Explorer then take a 1, 5 hour journey towards Gökova Bay  with Blue Escape Dive Center in Bodrum and visit Orak Island for sure. This dive site of Bodrum has 2 directions for scuba and bot hare fascinating. During you dive you will be amazed by rock formations as the view of them is very likely to moon-surface. After 20 meters rock formations turning out to a deep Wall. This volcanic wall has a bottom depth around 70 meters.While you are diving through the biggest Wall of the region, you will see groupers, White grouper, rays, moray eels and lobsters and many other molluscs, crustaceans for sure.

SG 115 Coast Guard Wreck
SG 115 is a retired coast guard boat which was sunk by BOSAD in 2007. The journey to old coast guard boat wreck will take around 25 minutes by our boat. Now it serves as an artificial reef of Bodrum around Black Island. During your dive you will pass from rock formations near coast and just after neptune grass you will start to see SG 115. Boat’s stern is at 18 meters and bow is around 26 meters. SG 115 has a lenght of 29 meters. If you are an experienced wreck diver then you can penetrate the wreck. Squid eggs has a nice view on mast. When you are on the way back to Blue Escape; topography of rocks will attract your attention.

C-47 Dakota Airplane Wreck
It just at the left side of Paçoz Bay so the journey with Blue Escape will take around 30 minutes. It is a nice diving spot of Bodrum for wreck divers. C-47 Dakota was sunk in 2008 by BOSAD within artificial reef projects of Karaada. It is a retired plane of Turkish Air Force.The plane has a length of 20 meters and its wingspan length is 30 meters.The wreck starts at 16 meters and reaches to 26 meters.  The wreck splitted in 2 parts in 2010. The tail and the shed of the plane moved towards deeper down to 32-33 meters. Location of the wreck is on rock formations so aquatic life around the wreck is rich.Especially huge groupers will improve the fun of your wreck dive in Bodrum.

PINAR 1 Wreck
The very nice wreck diving spot of Bodrum situated between Bubble Cave and Poyraz Bay. The journey to wreck will take around 40 minutes with Blue Escape. Pınar 1 is a retired Costguard navy ,which was used as a water tanker.The ship was sunk in May 2007 by BOSAD and now serves as an artificial reef to divers of Bodrum. The wreck has a length of 37 meters with a width of 7 meters.The depth of the ship wreck starts at 18 meters and descending to 33 meters. After you complete your dive tour around the wreck,you can penetrate to large Wheel house of the captain.In Wheel house you can take the pictures of nudibranches,tube warms and squid eggs around ship’s hull.When you are on the way back to our boat,you will be interested by rock formations between 8-20 meters where groupers,moray eels and octopus will be seen.

M/S Moonstar Gulet – Ketch
This document contains detailed information about the 24,80 m. Long wooden Gulet named Moonstar built and owned by Flora Yachting in 1998 and refitted in 2011. On board, there are 2 DBL Master cabins, 1 DBL standart cabin and 1 TWIN cabin. Total guest capacity is 8 persons. There is also another cabin for crew. 3 WCs are for guests and 1 for the crew.

On our boat, there is also a 3.20 m Orca dinghy, 25 HP Honda outboard engine and Yamaha 800 Jetski. All types of water sports are available. In addition to these, if the guests would like to do a liva aboard diving safari, we put high pressure compressor and all types of diving gear on board, as well as emergency oxygen and first aid kit. For diving operation there needs to be at least 4 divers on board.

Daily Diving Tours
If you are a certified diver, you are welcome on board to join our daily diving excursions. Our dive boat sets out every day to the best diving spots around Bodrum. Reefs with sponges, giant groupers, octopuses and moray eels, wrecks of combat planes, coast guard boats and tankers, exciting caverns with nocturnal tube worms are visited everyday by hundreds of divers from all over the world. Bodrum has an ancient history of many civilizations. It is amazing to see the amphorae and feel the history like an underwater archeologist does.

If you have your own equipment, we supply two tanks and weights for you. If you need any additional equipment you may rent one of ours. Nitrox will be available soon. Accompanying non-divers are also welcome on board.

Try Scuba Diving
If you have never dived before, you may want to experience a try dive. In a try dive, you will be diving with an instructor one-to-one and enjoy the underwater world safely. Try Scuba Diving program is how everybody starts their diving adventure all around the world. Once you take your first step to this magical world, you will be amazed how easy it is to breath underwater, to hover weightlessly like an astronaut in outer space and how colorful and rich life is below the surface. As we take your pictures and shoot some videos of you, you will love to share this experience with the world and you will have checked out another task in your bucket list.

DIVE SITES

Small Reef : Same but smaller than the Big Reef, but more fascinating. It lays 200 meters from the Big Reef towards Bodrum. Lots of fish swim in that Reef to be waited for seeing. The depth starts at 5m (15 ft) to 26m (50ft). 15 min. far from the harbour. Divers can use the anchor chain to descent to the top of it. Small reef has cylinder shape and has walls all around it. You can circumnavigate around it at least twice during your dive. Walls of the small reef have plenty of inlets, overhangs which is well suited for micro photography. Octopus, many small species, scorpion fish, large groupers, white groupers, barracuda, moray eel and many more can be seen. This dive site is suitable for experienced divers as often there are currents.

Big Reef : The most beatiful and fascinating dive site in Bodrum. Big Reef has all the diving opportunities in it.  The depth starts at 7m (25 ft) . Divers can use the anchor chain for easy descent to top of the reef. lt has a wall which faces Black Island and drops straight down from 7 mtrs to 34 mtrs. The other side of the reef is gradual slope down to depths of 25 to 30 mtrs. Padi open water or 1 star Cmas divers can use this side of the reef to descend to their depths. The higher level of divers can descend straight from the drop off. The wall is rich with marine life and particularly well suited for photography. It will take only 20 minitues to reach here from Bodrum. Octopuses, Moray eels, small fish, huge groupers, barracudas,  jacks, colorfull slugs, spiny lobsters  and many other varieties of marine life expected to be seen in Big reef . This dive site is suitable for experienced divers as often there are currents.

Wolf’s Point : An ideal point for both advanced divers, open water divers and beginners. It is 15 minutes journey to reach there by boat. Rock formations start from 3 meters and gradually goes down to 20-30 meters. During the descent/ascent expect to see stone fish, groupers, star fish, sea cucumber and lots of broken amphora. There is also an old Phonecian ships anchor at the 15 meter level. You will also see rock outcrop, stone sea bed, sea grass and an occasional sandy sea bed. There is a bizarre “truck wreck” somewhere around 13-14 m. It is not well known how and why that truck came there.

Lighthouse : It is at the northwest corner of the Black Island.  It is 20 minutes journey to reach there by boat. An ideal point for both advanced divers, open water divers and beginners. The rock formations start from 5 meters and goes down to 20 meters. During the dive, pass over sea grass, sand, rock outcrops and white coral (this is the only dive site on Black Island where white coral still exists). Look out for octopus, stone fish, moray eels, groupers of all sizes and other species of fish.

Fridge Bay : Fridge bay is located next to lighthouse and only 20 mins by boat. lt has two sites to visit, as one of them, is by the point of the bay and has similar topography as lighthouse. The other site is only for advanced divers as it is at the depth of 18 to 30 meters.  You need an experienced dive leader to find the spot since it is in the middle of the bay, surrounded by sea grass. A slight slope and large cracked rocks create good nesting places for all types of sea creatures. It’s common to see school of barracudas circling around the dive site, big octopus and lots of broken amphoras scattered around it. Dentex join the feast in the afternoon.

SG115 Coast Guard Wreck : SG 115 is an old coast guard ship which was sunk by BOSAD in 2007 to be an artificial reef around Black Island. After leaving rocky coastline – across the neptune grass SG 115 looms in distance – stern in 17mt., bow in 26mt. Squid eggs growing on mast. Swim through the captain’s wheel house – back up to the stern, and then along across rocks back to our boat. Experienced divers may penetrate the wreck with great caution as lots of metal parts are thorn away and may cause entanglement.

Paçoz Bay : A bay located between Smugglers and the Lighthouse. It is 25 minutes journey to reach there by boat. An ideal point for both advanced divers, open water divers and beginners. It is a very scenic dive spot as it has 3 fishing boat wrecks at the depths of 16 to 24 mtrs at the left side wall. Dive site also has a small cave at 30 mtrs and the entrance of it has tooth corals, loads of micro and different types of sponges. Watch out for lobsters, sponges, barracuda, octopus, sting rays and groupers resting on the sponges. The sea bed is mainly sand and covered with rock formations. In 2007 on the left side of the bay, BOSAD sank a C47 Dakota Plane for the divers and as an artificial reef project. If you follow the right wall you may encounter with giant groupers at around 19m to 24 m. Right side inclines gently with a sandy and grassy bottom.

C-47 Dakota Plane Wreck : On the left side of Paçoz Bay, there lies a plane wreck. It was sunk by BOSAD in 2007. C-47 DAKOTA is a military plane with a length of 20m and 30m of wing. Its depth starts at 16m and descending to 28m. In 2010 the wreck is broken into two pieces and the body/tail part drifted deeper down. Left engine was also broken as she was moving. The wreck has contact with the rock formations and because of this fish surroundered the wreck very quickly. Large groupers and big schools of breams swim around the wreck, making a good shot for the photographers.

Smuggler’s Bay : Smuggler’s Bay is 25 minutes journey to reach there by boat. An ideal point for both advanced divers, open water divers and beginners. Smuggler’s Bay is famous since Ottoman Times and known as a stash place for drug smugglers from Greek islands to the land. The bay makes a deep cut on the island’s profile and it is very hard to see the enterance from distance. On the shore there are small caverns to hide things. There is also a very long and winding underwater cave system with an enterance at right below the sea level. At low tide one can see the top of the enterance. It is not recommended for divers, even to those with cave diving experience since it is very narrow and labyrinth-like. It’s common to encounter the cave sweepers different species of sponges in this small cave..

It is possible to dive into two directions of the bay. Right Side : Many amphoras, sandy bottom, stingray, large family of groupers, soldier fish. Left Side: Soldier fish, axe fish, groupers, rocky and sandy. Look out for moray eels in the numerous cracks in the rocks. The rock formations go down to approximately 26 meters deep. Groupers will be encountered along with several other small species of fish. Also different species of sponges will be seen.

Temel Bay : Typical Aegean dive. Sand, rocks and grass dominates the area. Swimming forward from the boat you will come to the large cliff ranging between 10mt and 30 mt. Glide down the cliff and swim through some caverns around 15- 22 mt. Eels nest in these caverns as well as big sponge colonies. Good dive for spotting cuttle fish and axe fish

Neco Bay : Typical Aegean dive. Sand, rocks and grass dominates the area. This place is very good for beginners and diver training. A large sandy bottom around 6-7 m. is safe and suitable for newbies. More experienced divers should take the left side, as the cascading rocks drop down to 30 m. Lots of fish, tritons, murray eels and octopus may be encountered.

Bubble Cave : It is on the back of the Black Island at a depth of 12 meters. The cave is full with wreckfish and tubeworms. There is light in cave. But dont forget your torch for a better view. Easy to see many kinds of spongesand, look for lobsters on the roof. One by one swim up the chimney and be careful not to kick the sponges. Out of the chimney – 5 mt. – all the bubbles breathed out in the cave come out through the cracks in the top.

Pinar-1 Wreck : Y111 TCG Pinar 1 Navy Costguard water carring ship is a dive point in the north of Bodrum at Black island between the Bubble cave and Poyraz bay.It has a length of 37m and 7m width.Stern lies in 20m depth and descending to round 30m.  It has been sunk by BOSAD (Bodrum Sualtı Derneği) in May 2007 to create an artificial reef for divers.  After swimming round outside of the ship, swim up to wheel house – enter large wheel house. many nudibranches, tube warms, and squid eggs growing on hull. After leaving ship interesting rock formations can be seen on the way back to the boat

Upper Poyraz : This site rarely visited since it is open to the dominant winds around the Black Island. Boats may have problems staying moored. But it is worth diving here.
The name comes from the other side of the hill, Poyraz Bay. (mentioned in another post). Between Poyraz and Upper Poyraz, there are nice underwater caves inhabited by the Mediterranean Monk Seals, an endangered species. Upper Poyraz has a reef formation reaching to the open sea. Reef starts around 8-10 m. on the left side of the bay and gently drops down to 20s. Left side of this reef is a big drop-off. Bottom starts around 35 m. and slopes down deeper as sand. Stingrays and other types of rays can be seen. On the wall, there are many caverns in various sizes. These holes make good nests for all types of fish, crustaceans and molluscs. Different types of sponges are scattered around. This site is recommended for advanced divers only. Large path, long swims with currents sometimes. Deep and dark below.

Poyraz Bay : It is on the back of the Black Island and takes about 45 minutes by boat. Poyraz means Northeast wind in Turkish. This bay is always windy and is relaxing on hot summer days. An ideal point for both advanced divers, open water divers and beginners. The rock formations start from 5 mtrs and slopes down to 20 mtrs. Look out for groupers, octopus, moray eels, star fish, sponges and several other species of small fish – also amphoras. Following the right side, a nice slope brings you down to the first rocky reef at 16 m. If you follow the rocks deeper, you will arrive to a larger and deeper reef with more fish and critters around. This second part is only for advanced divers. It is not only the depth but a strong current welcomes you against your way back to the boat. There is also an old fish net tangled to the rocks and cut left behind, still hunting silently. Bad for aquatic life, as well as diver safety. Since it is a good mooring site for gulets as well, there are always traffic in and out of the bay. Divers must be careful.

Flat Rock : Flat Rock is an unusual rock formation caused by volcanic eruptions. It takes about 50 minutes by boat and is for advanced divers only, since there is little bit of current. The Flat Rock is about 300-400 meters far from the Aksona Point. The Black Island side and the northern part of the island is not good for diving, since it is very shallow and full of algeas and sea grass. In almost every dive you might see, lobsters, moray eels, octopuses, groupers, dentex, wrasse, barracudas and an occasional 3 meter long ray swimming together with divers!

Aksona Bay : It took its name from a famous sponge hunter “Aksona Mehmet” of Bodrum. It takes about 50 minutes by boat and is for advanced and open water divers only. It starts at 3 meters and then goes down to 20’s, then a rock wall until 30-35 meters. Aksona is a dive site where Agean history lies. There are lots of archeological foundings. Continue the dive passing over sea grass and rock formations where hopefully you should find an old Phonecian ships anchor at 13.5 meter level (about 16 minutes into dive). This anchor has been placed on top of a flat rock for easy sighting. On reaching the wall, look out for one almost complete piece of amphora lying on the sandy sea bed (about 30 meters depth). You might see, octopuses, groupers, goldblotch groupers, barracudas, murray eels and if you are lucky, thornback rays!

If you didn’t have a diving experience before, you will not below your eyes under the water. In this tour we’ve already taken all the necessary precautions. At first you’ll get a little bit excited when you’ll enter the water but this mustn’t fear you, our diving instructors will also dive with you. It’s an organization that will change your perspective of life. Anyone can join our daily diving tours without any experience.

Only thing you need to do in order to join our diving tour is to trust a bit in yourself. All the necessary equipment and our professional team will accompany you all day. It will be a nice organization for you to discover that there is another world under the sea and to spend a day intertwined with that world. The lunch, equipment, guidance service, diving instructors and insurance is included in our prices.

Additionally in our diving school, cave dive, shipwreck dive and plane wreck dive tours are arranged 7 days a week for the professional divers. Besides, our diving school arranges a daily diving organization with all-inclusive system in Kemer and Kaş Region at the weekends.

The diving tours realized at the weekends take approximately 7 hours. You are taken from your hotel at 9.30 in the morning and you are brought back to your hotel at 18:00 in the evening. When you first reach the boat, you’ll learn all the necessary information and instructions from our professional team. All the necessary safety precautions are taken carefully. All you need to do is to follow the necessary instructions.

Cave Diving
In general, the caves are the most reliable sources that give information about how the earth used to be many years ago. So we find answers to the questions asked about the evolution of the earth (globe).  Sea caves give information about the geographical location, water levels, coastal features of the seas in the ancient times. The diving in the open seas and the cave diving are completely different from each other. Cave diving is the most technical and dangerous one among the diving types. For this reason, it requires a different and particular training.

Wreck Diving
French (Society) Wreck: The wreck lying 1 km off the Marina of Antalya under the buoy, belongs to French Combat Aircraft named "San Didier" sank during the war in 1942. During the studies performed between 1946 and 1974, a large part of the load inside the ship has been taken out. Inside this ship which has an appearance of hospital support ship, there were armories and vehicles suitable for desert conditions.

Due to the fact that the personnel wasn’t wearing uniform in order to disguise by camouflaging and the passengers in the ship wanted to bring away their personal belongings while the fishermen were helping, the ship was called “society wreck” colloquially. There are different diving activities in Kemer, our tourist town, where the most of the diving schools are present in Turkey. The French military transport ship found right in the entrance of Antalya Port, lies in 20-32 meters of depth, the water that is usually blurred is very interesting for the underwater wreck fans.

The Paris Wreck which lies in 33 meters of depth on the sand in the offshore of Kemer Marina is a wreck that must be visited by all divers. Üç Adalar found in the offshore of Tekirova is a region where various types of diving are available. In the canyon, which is a rich diving spot of the region, large stingrays and every kind of fish can be seen. Üç adalar is also ideal for cave diving. In August and September, schools of tuna fish can be seen as well as the seals.

This water is great for macro and night photographing. The dolphins can be seen in the coastal water any moment.B-24 Amerikan Combat Aircraft Wreck: The wreck lying in 200 m in the offshore, close to the District of Manavgat in Antalya, belongs to the American Combat Aircraft Type B-24 named “Hadley’s Harlem” which departed in order to return to the base in Cyprus after accomplishing its bombing mission over Romania in 1944.

During the removing operations performed in 1995, the plane's cockpit has been brought out of the water, after staying in the Cengel gendarmerie station for a while, it has been transferred to one of the private museums in İstanbul. The operations for taking the rest of the aircraft out of the sea still continue. Special diving permission is required for the aircraft. Gelidonya Antique Wreck: Gelidonya wreck found in the west end of the Antalya Bay, belongs to a cargo ship that hit the rocks while sailing in the cape of Taşlık with its current name.

It’s determined that the ship dates back to the end of 13th century B.C. during the research diving performed for the wreck found in 26-28 meters depth in 1960. Another characteristic of this wreck is that it is the first underwater excavation performed and completed in compliance with the land excavation standards. During the research performed in 1994, it’s predicted from the stone anchors found in Gelidonya wreck that it hails from the Middle East. The collected items from the wreck are exhibited in Bodrum Underwater Archaeology Museum.

Night Diving
What makes attractive the night diving for the divers is that the underwater life and living species can’t be seen exactly when dived in the morning.  Because the light source of the night diving is the diving torch, you can see the real colors of the underwater no matter what the depth is. It’s possible to see the bioluminescence, the charm of night diving, which is the light of the platonic organisms seen as the water moves.

There are some factors that the divers must consider during the night diving. First of all, the diving equipment must be chosen and controlled more carefully compared to the day diving.

For the diving to be done in hard conditions, generally the divers choose to dive with the equipment to be used for the first time.  Under normal circumstances, they don’t use the equipment that they used before or they already know. Because the night diving is already difficult, the divers don’t want to struggle with the problems cause by the equipment.
