Sailing in Turkey also allows visitors to experience the hospitality of the people in the coastal villages and towns. The tempered winds blowing from west and northwest make the long summers ideal for yachting, and seem to encourage an appreciation of nature. Ballısu which means honey water, where sweet water springs are all upspringed through the coast waters. Endless oppurtinity for swimming and snorkelling.

Ballısu is a very deep bay with a narrow mouth. Bay twists into the land. Sea gets very shallow and blurry to the end of the bay. A creek flows into the bay. Around the bay had a very thick red pine forest,
