Near the entrance to the Ayvalık Channel is Çıplak Ada. It is a pleasant place for a lunch stop. Çıplak Ada - The Island is on the west of Sarmısaklı Peninsula. Çıplak Ada is a barren island, favorite nest for the seagulls. You can also observe rabbits, strolling around.

The bay on the southern part of the island provides good shelter from northerly winds. This bay is a popular spot for the tripper boats.

Boats drop anchor in 2 - 5 meters. The bottom is sand.

Nights are quite here. Midilli Island (Lesvos) and Dikili town lights decorate the nature. Midilli - Ayvalık ferries pass from the south.
