Mordoğan is a sea-side township with own municipality in Karaburun district in Turkey's İzmir Province. The town is situated on the eastern shoreline of Karaburun Peninsula within the Gulf of İzmir at about 20 km to the south of the district center of Karaburun.
This is an opportunity to own a pre-renovation village house in the centre of Old Mordogan which is a traditional Turkish village overlooking the modern fishing village of Mordoğan and the Gulf of Izmir. The old village lies about 2 km inland in a tranquil setting surrounded by mountains but is only a 5 minute drive from all amenities.
Mordoğan equals the district center in economic development terms, especially in tourism, and has a number of accommodation facilities and restaurants, being advantaged by being located before the district center when coming from İzmir and by being served by a modern and easy land-route. The area is famous for its natural beauty, clean air and secluded bays with crystal clean sea. Mordogan has a characteristic Mediterranean climate with long hot and sunny summers and very mild winters.

The azure waters of the Mediterranean, the Aegean, and the Black Sea, as well as the Sea of Marmara, surround There are marinas, yacht building boatyards, yachtsmen hotels, yacht clubs, yacht technical services. Turkey to the south, west and north. With over 8,333 km of coastline along the four seas, Turkey is a treasure chest of coves, inlets, bays and beaches at which yachtsmen can choose a different, private anchorage each night.
Sailing in Turkey also allows visitors to experience the hospitality of the people in the coastal villages and towns. The tempered winds blowing from west and northwest make the long summers ideal for yachting, and seem to encourage an appreciation of nature. From some of the turquoise coast's unspoilt and sheltered bays you can see mountain peaks rising to almost 3000 meters above sea level.
